When You Report a Problem

Please include:

• device model and iOS or iPadOS version
• app version and build number
• the tab involved: Encode, Decode, EXIF, Batch, or Info
• what you expected to happen
• what actually happened
• screenshots if the issue is visual

That makes reproduction and support much faster.

Common Support Topics

AI Labelling

• Do I need to label AI images? — Usually yes: since 2 August 2026 Art. 50(4) EU AI Act requires deployers to disclose when publishing. Stego-Lab is a tool, not legal advice; the user remains responsible.
• Does the labelling survive social media or JPEG compression? — The visible label yes (it is part of the pixels); metadata depends on the platform – many strip it on upload; the robust invisible layer no.
